NIFCA 2015 Culinary Arts deadlines
MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC who will be taking part in the NIFCA Culinary Arts competition are asked to take note of the following deadlines.
All entries for the Culinary Exhibits and Marketplace must be in by September 18 and the deadline for the Professional Cook-Off and the Bartending Competition has been extended to the same date.
The deadline for the Best Bajan Cook Competition has been extended to October 2.
NIFCA Culinary Arts entry forms and rules are available from the NCF Headquarters, West Terrace, St. James, and online at www.ncf.bb. Completed entry forms must be submitted to the NCF by 4:30 p.m., on or before the relevant deadline.
