CHILDREN WHO VISITED the National Conservation Commission (NCC) yesterday got some tips on plant care.

Their eyes lit up when general worker Marva Knight-Miller engaged them as part of the commission’s Arbor Day celebrations.

Children and adults toured the NCC Codrington House headquarters, specifically the plant house. There, they got an update on how the NCC has been able to recycle the Sargassum seaweed, learned planting techniques and purchased a variety of plants.
