Fogging Schedule October 12 to 16

THE VECTOR CONTROL UNIT of the Ministry of Health continues its efforts to eradicate the Aedes Aegypti mosquito next week, when its fogging programme moves into several parishes.

On Monday: Areas to be fogged in St John and St Philip will be College Savannah, Blades Hill, Bayfield, Skeetes Bay, Seaview, Ruby Park, Union Development, Union Park, Ruby Tenantry and the environs.

On Tuesday: The team will be in St Joseph and Christ Church, fogging Bathsheba, East Coast Road, Dayrells Road, Old Navy Road, Rockley Village, Brownes Gap, Hastings, Rhylstone Gardens and surrounding areas.

On Wednesday: Fogging continues in St George, Christ Church and St Michael when South District, Watts Village, Edey Village, Bannister Land, Campaign Land, George Street, Belleville with Avenues, Pine Hill Road, Pine Gardens, Sunset Drive and neighbouring districts will be targeted.

On Thursday: The team will be in St James and Christ Church spraying Highway 1 (Walmer Lodge to Holetown), Sunset Crest, Harts Gap with Avenues, St Matthias with Avenues, Marine Gardens, Dayrells Road and the environs.

On Friday: Districts in St Andrew to be fogged will be Walkers, Bawdens, Belleplaine, Lakes, Savannah Road and surrounding areas.

Householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter. (BGIS)
