IT WAS a day of meeting and greeting with the Head of State for students of Charles F. Broome Primary yesterday.

Though the older students expressed overwhelming feelings of nervousness, the little ones were more than happy to capitalise on that opportunity to see Governor General Sir Elliott Belgrave in person.

The first official visit to the school for Sir Elliott proved to be a real eye-opener for the little ones who were overheard asking the beaming GG his job description, among other questions.
