ENTREPRENEURS MUST BE PASSIONATE about their business, says one of Barbados’ most successful businessmen.

Ralph “Bizzy” Williams, founder of Williams Industries, said success will not come unless entrepreneurs were “fanatical”. 

“You’re not going to be successful if you believe entrepreneurship is a 9-5 job,” he said while speaking at the media launch of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2015 yesterday at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill School of Business.

“I find that the majority of entrepreneurs find a little bit of success and then think that they could begin to take it easy and live the good life – it doesn’t work that way. You have to put in the hours and follow the rules,” he said. (MR)
