Missing woman’s car found

THE SILVER GREY Toyota Yaris of missing 75-year-old Marcelle Smith was found in the vicinity of Chelston Park, St Michael this morning.

Public relations officer for the Royal Barbados Police Force, acting assistant superintendent David Welch, confirmed the discovery and said that investigations were continuing.

Smith, of Farm Road, St Philip was last seen at her residence on Monday between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., and has not been heard since. 

Meanwhile, police are also continuing their search for 18-year-old Emela John (below) after investigations at Kingsland, Christ Church this morning turned up nothing.(JS)
