ANSA McAL Limited today raised its offer to shareholders of Banks Holdings Ltd. (BHL) to $6 – an increase of 40 cents over the competing offer from Brazilian beer giant AmBev.
This increase also represents 7.1 per cent premium to the price offered in the competing offer made to the shareholders on October 26, 2015 and a 140 per cent premium to the unaffected share price of $2.49 as at September 17, 2015.
ANSA McAL is advising all registered shareholders of BHL, that this new offer is valid until December 4, 2015.
Shareholders will receive a hard copy of the new offer through mail, by Tuesday, November 3, 2015, but can also view an online copy of the higher offer on the company’s website www.ansamcal.com. (PR/NB)
