Nigerians triumph

TEN MONTHS AGO, they were struggling to cope with problems plaguing the Delta State Youth Empowerment Programme, which led to 17 of them returning home.

But on Saturday night, wide smiles and proud demeanours characterised the 70 Nigerians who remained in Barbados and graduated from the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity.

Thirty-seven studied entrepreneurship management and the other 33 did tourism management, with some excelling with honours and merits.
