THE BARBADOS WATER AUTHORITY (BWA) wishes to inform the public that as part of the mains laying project in package ‘A’ there will be a partial road closure along the junction at the Padmore Village Development, St Philip.

The partial closure will be in effect from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday.

Motorists and pedestrians are asked to follow the instructions of officials on site.

Customers are also asked to note that the full shutdown of a main at Newcastle and St Margarets, St John has been rescheduled to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

This will lead to outages and low pressure in various districts of St John, St Joseph and St Andrew. Residents are asked to store an adequate amount of water which will serve them during the time of the outage.

The BWA regrets any inconvenience caused.  (PR)
