After dominating the first two days of the Barbados Cricket Associaton’s Intermediate Division final, IDL Walkers Sand Quarry Isolation Cavaliers seem to be on the back foot at the close of the third day’s play at Weymouth “A” yesterday.

The Cavaliers declared at their overweek 343 for six and the Barbados Fire Service made a strong and positive reply finishing on 154 for two off 61.2 overs before bad light brought closure to play with 12 minutes remaining.

Barbados Fire Service were given a good start by openers Athelbert Brathwaite (60) and Anthony Bowen (9) who were associated in a partnership worth 65.

Bowen was the first to go, caught behind off medium pacer Jermaine Bullen.
