The Mighty Gabby thrilled the audience attending the Classical/Pops Festival Friday night. Singing his classic Emmerton, he outshone the all-star orchestra accompanying him during his performance.
The former calypso monarch, who also sang Bridgetown Market, was in good voice and earned the ovation he received at the end.
His performance came during the second night of the festival, which also featured theme songs from hit movies as the Tom Wilkins-led orchestra took the large audience to the big screen.
