DON’T DO IT!

That was the strong message from a well-known pastor to the Barbados Government regarding offers to purchase the Barbados National Terminal Company Limited (BNTCL), which has been valued at more than $75 million.

Apostle Lynroy Scantlebury of World Harvest Ministries has advised Government to hold strain because in under 24 months through a “gift” of oil from God, the island would collect more than ten times any offer from these potential buyers.

Speaking to the DAILY NATION from his office in Speightstown, Scantlebury said the heightened interest in purchasing BNTCL was clear evidence that individuals were aware of the accumulating oil reserves offshore.
