THE MAN who spent much of 2015 on top is now going Down Under to start the New Year.

Darian King will get the chance to rub shoulders with the world’s best again, having made the qualifying draw of another  Grand Slam when he was selected to contest January’s Australian Open qualifiers in Melbourne.

King’s older brother and coach Chris confirmed the news after the ATP released the qualifying list earlier this week ahead of the January 10 release of the actual qualifying draw.

“It feels good to be going to Australia because I know I’ve worked really hard to accomplish what I have this year and it showed because I had a very good year,” said Darian.
