First Sunrise hits right note

Patrons of The First Sunrise, an Old Year’s Night party held at the newly refurbished Gun Hill Signal Station in St George, are singing nothing but praises for organisers of the event.

Couples came out to attend the fete and at the stroke of midnight viewed the fireworks display which illuminated the West Coast, from Sandy Lane in St James to Port Ferdinand in St Peter. (RA)

This was the view from Gun Hill for those who attended The First Sunrise Old Year’s Night party.
