BRA assessing value of homes and land

THE LAND VALUATION and Assessment Section of the Barbados Revenue Authority is currently conducting a property re-valuation exercise across the island.

This 15-month exercise will end in March 2017.

Homeowners and residents are asked to note that the Authority’s Valuation Officers will be in the field assessing properties and taking pictures. 

The officers will be carrying identification cards which will be shown on request. (BGIS)
