Four injured in Highway 2A accident

FOUR PEOPLE, including a young male, received injuries as a result of a two-vehicle accident along the Bakers Road section of the Ronald Mapp Highway (2A), St Peter.

The collision involved a truck and a Barbados Water Authority van.

Three of the injured were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance, while the fourth person sought private medical attention.

Police are on the scene and the road is impassable. (RL)
