THE BARBADOS WATER AUTHORITY (BWA) wishes to inform the public the Hampton Pumping Station will be shut down on Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This is in order to commission a 16-inch main along Hampton and Highway 7 and complete other works on the project.

It will lead to low water pressure or outages in nearly the entire Parish of St Philip and parts of Christ Church.

Customers are asked to store an adequate amount of water for use during the duration of the shutdown.

The Barbados Water Authority regrets any inconvenience caused.  (PR)
