Broken pole at Balls causes power outage

RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES in Newton and Wotton, Christ Church suffered an hour-long power outage after a truck hit and broke a Barbados Light & Power pole around 4:36 a.m. today.

Workers of BL&P moved in at the location at Balls Plantation, Christ Church and isolated the problem. They are awaiting a pole planter to complete the work. (AC)
