FABIAN WHARTON doesn’t intend to be a one-man show.
The man who is running for the presidency of the Barbados Football Association (BFA) says he wants the entire general body to be involved in decision-making.
“No one man has all the ideas or all the answers in anything, but this last executive felt too much like a dictatorship, where one man decided everything,” said Wharton.
“It honestly felt like a one-man show and that didn’t allow for collective thinking and collective agreement where we can have a merging of ideas and come to the best possible solutions.
