Landlord shuts off tenant’s water

KIMBERLEY GREAVES and her landlord Joseph Rollins are at odds.

Yesterday, the tenant woke up with the intention of preparing her children for school, but when she turned on the tap there was no running water.

The mother of three, who rents a one-bedroom wooden house at Rollins Road, Bush Hall, said she was disturbed that her landlord would disadvantage her three children like that.

When contacted, a visibly upset Rollins confirmed that he switched off his taps, explaining he was owed for rent and electricity, not just water. He said that he has not been paid fully for two to three months.
