Airport reopens but uncertainty remains

GRANTLEY ADAMS INTERNATIONAL Airport has reopened following strike action from air traffic controllers.

But operations manager Jason Inniss says airport management has only been given the assurance that controllers will work from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m.

He could not say what would happen after 8 p.m. but noted that management was standing by for updates. (AD)
