Precious water

EPHRAIM KELLMAN may not fully understand the pressure his father Tyrone Holder and many other St Joseph residents have been under because of the persistent water outages in their communities. 

He was simply happy to venture to the tank in Chimborazo, St Joseph, to catch water in his bottle yesterday. (LK) (AM)
