BHL cuts three execs

BRAZILIAN BEER GIANT AmBev has started reshaping Banks Holdings Limited (BHL) in its own image, cutting three members of its top executive management team in the process.

Yesterday Ray Chee-A-Tow, BHL’s chief commercial officer and a 25-year veteran of the beverage company, confirmed to the MIDWEEK NATION that he was a casualty of the restructuring.

Chee-A-Tow, along with corporate secretary and legal counsel Cherie Jones and Ravi Whitehead, the group internal audit manager, will be leaving BHL at the end of April.

In a statement issued by BHL yesterday, the company said: “A key component of the transition is alignment with the parent company. (GE)
