Police seize drugs at sea

TWO BARBADIAN MEN have been detained by police in connection with the discovery of about 212 pounds of cannabis during an operation at sea.

Police say members of the Drug Squad, Police Marine Unit and the Barbados Coast Guard intercepted a boat off Carlisle Bay early yesterday afternoon and the two men were on board.

The drugs and the boat were seized. (PR/NB)
