Boombastic!

DNCE was good and Hailee Steinfeld was awesome. But it was Jamaican dancehall star Shaggy who was the proverbial main course of the CHUM 104.5 FM annual Breakfast In Barbados competition concert on Thursday night.

Aged? What age!

Shaggy’s birth certificate may read 47 years but on the stage he was more like 20 years his junior.

The crowd was amazing as the lawns of Holders House in St James could scarcely contain their enthusiasm. And by the time Shaggy hit the stage at minutes to 11 o’clock the throng of patrons, who had already been partying for well over three hours, went into an overdrive in pure excitement. (SDB Media)
