Police still trying to identify body
POLICE ARE STILL trying to determine the identity of a body discovered along the island’s East Coast a week ago.
Public Relations Officer of the Royal Barbados Police Force, Acting Assistant Superintendent David Welch said they are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the body of the man found floating off Bathsheba Beach, St Joseph around noon last Saturday.
The unknown man is said to be of East Indian descent and appears to be in his 40’s. He has straight black hair and he is of dark complexion. When discovered he was wearing a red swim shorts. He wore to the beach a red tee shirt, long jeans with a brown belt and grey, green, black and white Air-Jordan sneakers.
