Mayers ready for action today

THE UNCERTAINTY IS OVER.

Former Bushy Park lap record holder Roger “His Hotness” Mayers will make it to the track today.

In an interview with SUNSPORT, he said he and his crew had been working around the clock to make sure that the Chefette/Digicel/Sol/Hankook/DHL/Illusion Graphics Ford Focus was ready for the rigours of the second round of the Bushy Park Motorsport Inc. (BPMSI) club at Bushy Park.

“We got back the engine a few days ago and we were having some fitment issues with it, but I am good with a torch and we will make happen. We have moved to a bigger powerplant and we may have to shoe horn it in,” Mayers said.
