Crewman arrested at Port

MEMBERS OF THE DRUG SQUAD have formally charged Frank Jefferson Wiltshire of Fitts Gap, Westbury Road, St Michael, with several drug offences.

Yesterday, while at the Bridgetown Port, members of the Drug Squad “intercepted and searched” a lorry driven by Wiltshire, 57, and discovered 1.9 kilos of cannabis.

Wiltshire is a bunker crewman employed by SOL at the Port.

He was charged with possession of cannabis, possession with intent to supply and trafficking.

He is scheduled to appear at District A Magistrates Court on Thursday. (PR/SAT)
