Man pleads guilty to killing ex
A BLOOD-STAINED tricycle and a disturbed bedroom told the story of the night a young mother of one lost her life at the hands of a former boyfriend.
These and more were revealed in the No.2 Supreme Court yesterday when Jerrick Samuel Tudor, 29, of Black Rock Main Road, St Michael, pleaded guilty to killing Krystal Lovell on the night of December 1, 2013.
Principal Crown Counsel Alliston Seale recalled from the evidence how the events unfolded and led to the death of Lovell.
The court heard that Tudor and Lovell were in a relationship for several years. That relationship produced one daughter but ended as a result of the involvement of a third party.
After the breakdown, Tudor stopped visiting the house in Highland, St Thomas, where they had both lived, behind the home of Lovell’s father. However, they made certain arrangements so he could see their daughter. (TKS)
