DESPITE THE MANY outstanding achievements over the years, something continues to elude Central Bank governor Dr DeLisle Worrell.

Speaking at the opening of a three-day workshop for leaders at the financial institution at Hilton Barbados this morning, Worrell said he was still hoping to affect a transformation at the bank where it is seen as a “happy” place.

Towards that end, Washington-based Bruce Leamon is in Barbados to conduct the Leadership Challenge Workshop with the managers. (YB)
