Man collapses and dies yards from home

SYLVESTER TROTMAN, 56 collapsed and died in front of the JMS Kaieteur Bar and Grocery, located next door to his Belle Gully, St Michael home earlier this evening.

The employee of Cost-U-Less was just arriving home from work. He had stopped to talk to the operator of the Bar when he collapsed.

His mother Carma Jordan, with whom he lived, had to be consoled by relatives and friends who gathered at the scene.

Trotman’s niece Krystal Bostic-Trotman said her uncle was not sick, and the family was surprised at his sudden death. (LK)
