THE BARBADOS WATER Authority (BWA) wishes to inform the public that its Hampton Pumping Station in St Philip will be off line on Tuesday from 8 p.m. until 1 a.m. in order to facilitate various upgrades.

As a result, residents and businesses in some areas of St Philip and Christ Church may experience low water pressure or outages and are asked to store an adequate amount of water for the duration of the shutdown.

These include: Woodbourne, Marchfield, Six Roads, Brereton‎, Edgecombe and neighbouring districts in St Philip; Searles, Fairview, Coverley, Charnocks, Inch Marlowe, Hopewell, Newton, Kingsland, Lodge Road, Grantley Adams International Airport, Pilgrim Road, and surrounding  areas in Christ Church.

The Barbados Water Authority regrets any inconvenience caused.  (PR)
