HEALING HERBS: Honeydew bursting with nutrition

LAST WEEK I was tossing and turning in my sleep. I was actually dreaming and at one time I did not want to awake from that space because the dream was very groovy.

In the distance lying in the middle of the garden I saw a sweet juicy fruit and my mouth began watering. I began reaching for the fruit because I wanted to eat it and on consuming it I wanted more. As I continued to consume the fruit the juice stimulated my inner being. I was feeling invigorated and I felt a sudden tickle and I awoke. It was a honeydew melon which was all over my head.

This particular type of melon is often one of the key ingredients in a fruit salad. It is indeed a very delicious juicy fruit and possesses many health benefits. 

I am sure that farmers in Barbados have fields of honeydew melons planted. They should make these melons available to the public because we are truly on a healing journey. Silent doctor honeydew melon is loaded with good nutrients which are required for good health.

Crop Over Honeydew Booster – 1 cup diced honeydew melon, a pinch of nutmeg, 1/2 cup diced watermelon, 1/2 a guava and 1/2 cup sliced five finger fruit. Combine ingredients and serve sprinkled with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
