THE PEOPLE PARTIED but they did not spend.

This was the contention of Leader of Opposition Business in the House of Assembly, Santia Bradshaw, who was speaking at a Barbados Labour Party (BLP) press conference at the office of the Leader of the Opposition on Saturday.
