Investors call it a day

THE DEVELOPERS who came together to build the multimillion-dollar Four Seasons Resort and Private residences ten years ago have dissolved the company.

According to documents obtained by the SUNDAY SUN, Paradise Beach LLP, a limited liability partnership based in London, was dissolved on January 5 this year.

The 25 investors were led by British developers Robin Patterson and Michael Pemberton and included Barbadian businessmen, brothers Sir Charles Williams and Ralph “Bizzy” Williams.

They all filed to terminate their appointments on March 31 last year. (MB)
