CHIEF JUSTICE Sir Marston Gibson has said the courts will remain closed until the emergency experts give the all clear.

In a release, Sir Marston said both the high courts and the magistrate courts would be affected until word came from the Department of Emergency Management.

Meanwhile Acting Inspector Roland Cobbler, the police spokesman, reminded residents they should not be on the outside.

He said that while it might appear calm, sometimes the weather could change, leaving them caught in a bad situation.

He advised residents to wait before going about their business. (AC)
