VERSATILE sportsman Dwayne Lynch was forgotten on the night when the initial draws were made for the Barbados Public Workers’ Co-operative Credit Union Limited Monarchs Of The Court.
St Lucy’s Islandwide champion Kerry “TC” Francis ensured that Lynch would be just a memory when the next round serves.
Francis came from a game down to eliminate the former Barbados footballer 17-21, 21-17, 21-13 when the tournament continued at the Cable & Wireless Court, Wildey, on Monday night.
With both players battling with serious focus, Lynch pounced on any ball which popped up close to the net repeatedly punishing Francis for his errors. (KB)
