MEET THE PEOPLE where they are, Prime Minister Fruendel Stuart has advised the church.

He made the suggestion at a national consultation on the Barbadian family put on by the Barbados Anglican Diocese at the Ivan Harewood Centre, Christ Church Parish Church, yesterday.

Speaking to the theme: Restoring Our Barbadian Family, Stuart said the scourge of drugs and violence was destroying Barbadian families and to fight against this called for a collaborative effort from all segments of the society.

Pointing out that the church played a crucial role in the campaign, he told the leaders they had two choices: either bring Christ to the wrongdoers, or show wrongdoers the way to Christ. Stuart said the latter approach would be more beneficial. (SDB MEDIA)
