Investigations into fire underway

THE BARBADOS FIRE SERVICE and Royal Barbados Police Force are conducting investigations into a fire that raged for roughly nine hours last night.

The fire at Wilbar Centre Webster Industrial Park Wildey, St Michael, was reported around 8 p.m.

It extensively damaged the two storey building co-owned by Anthony Selby of Bay Street, St Michael, and Furgoss Inc., located at #46 Warrens Industrial Park, St Micheal.

Cross Fit: Island Fit, Dance Strides, C&R Distributors Inc., Carlos Pastry Bakery Inc. and office spaces housed in the building were all affected.

The blaze was brought under control around 5 a.m. Saturday.
