PRIME MINISTER FREUNDEL STUART says constituency councils show how sometimes much can be done with very little resources.

Speaking at the St Michael South Constituency Council Community Awards Ceremony at Almond Bay, Hastings, Christ Church on Saturday night, Stuart praised the efforts of the councils across the island providing “visible benefits” such as community building, poverty reduction, and the creation of opportunities for advancement, particularly the most vulnerable in several districts.
