BRIAN TALMA is trying to change the tide of slow visitor arrivals in the month of June.

The veteran wave rider told NATION SPORT during an interview at the Action Beach Shop in Silver Sands on Saturday that he selected June to host the Beach Culture World Championship as a means of attracting visitors to the island.

“I do not want to have an event where you can fake it – I mean having it when there are lots of people in the island,” he said.
