THE BARBADOS FOOTBALL Association (BFA) is making its biggest kick in decades with the unveiling of a visionary strategic three-year plan for the 2017 to 2019 period.
Called Better Football for a Better Life, one of the major goals of the BFA is to qualify its national teams for a major tournament at the senior, women and youth levels.
But the BFA warned that for this dream to be realised, “we must be in a position to play matches against high ranked opposition” while deveoping a training plan and a talent identification system.
The BFA said it will be seeking to maximise all commercial opportunities and intend to generate a minimum of $100 000 in revenue next year through sponsorship and partnership.
