CP Choir spreads the happiness
MUSIC CAN SOOTHE the savage beast, but on Saturday night, it did more than that when the Digicel Music Night of the National Independence Festival of Creative Arts was staged.
Entitled Crescendo, it was a night of pulsating, rhythmic vibrations and unique takes and voices on originals and well-known songs.
Although there were many highlights, special mention must be made of Coleridge & Parry School which had three entries and had the Frank Collymore Hall buzzing after each performance.
Led by music teacher Marlon Legall, the over 30-strong choir is seen here celebrating Barbados with the original piece Happy Birthday, Barbados, complete with confetti and flags. (NS)
