JUDGEMENT has been reserved in the case where Rock Hard Cement was accused of breaching a notice issued by the Chief Town Planner to stop building a storage facility at its Flour Mill site off the Spring Garden Highway.

Attorney for Rock Hard Cement, Vincent Watson, told the media that final submissions were made by the Crown in the matter and they were now awaiting the outcome. Counsel Derrick Oderson also appears with Watson.

Submissions were made by Watson and Oderson on September 12 before Justice Randall Worrell in the No.9 Supreme Court.

Attorneys representing Town Planning are Crown Counsel Gayl Scott and Senior Crown Counsel Allison Burke. (TKS)
