Bajans going with Hillary

BAJANS WHO HAVE MADE their homes away from home in different parts of the United States are determined to help make Hillary Clinton the first female leader of the US and the successor to President Barack Obama.

Just as important, they want to see Donald Trump kept out of the White House in Washington.

From the mayor of a middle-sized city in New Jersey and a professor of information technology at Florida’s largest community college, to a retired research scientist and university administrator in North Carolina and a computer expert in New York, the story is the same: Donald Trump, the Republican presidential standard-bearer in tomorrow’s general election, must be kept out of the White House.

“I will be spending the remainder of the time before millions and millions of Americans go to the polls on Tuesday to elect a commander-in-chief, urging people in my city and elsewhere urging people to vote,” said Adrian Mapp, the Bajan mayor of the 50 000-plus City of Plainfield. (TB)
