BRING WHAT YOU have because no donation is too small or too big for the Salvation Army.

Yesterday morning during the launch of their annual Christmas Kettle Appeal in Jubilee Gardens, Bridgetown, Divisional Commander Major Sinous Theodore said that with the needs they have, there would be no stopping, given the responsibility they hold.

“There is a need and until that need is met we will continue to hold responsibility. We are our brother’s keeper and we are here to help each other. Every donation aids in the effort, no donation is too big or too small,” he said.

“We have been able to fill real needs without discrimination. We feed at least 150 persons per day through our Meals on Wheels programme,” he added.

The crowd who gathered saw performances by the Royal Barbados Police Force Band which was very well received.

Also in attendance was Member of Parliament for The City of Bridgetown, Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic. (MR)
