IT’S BEGINNING TO look a lot like . . . Independence.

Barbados’ golden jubilee birthday bash won’t be overshadowed by Christmas one bit.

At least not in The City of Bridgetown.

The country’s capital has taken on a look and feel for Independence as November 30 draws nigh, and that was clear last night, as The City was aglow with silhouettes of ultramarine and gold streaking across the water in the historic Careenage. (BA)
