Combermere classes outside
COMBERMERE SCHOOL is once again making headlines because of the environmental problems plaguing it.
Reports are that things have become so bad that some teachers have stopped teaching in the classroom and taken to other areas at the Waterford, St Michael school.
Yesterday morning a DAILY NATION team saw at least two teachers holding classes in and around the Major Noot Hall. While there, at least one parent turned up to collect his child whom he said had fallen ill.
A source said this was just the surface of the issue, adding that several teachers and students had fallen ill, which had resulted in reduced numbers in classes. (TSG)
