SIXTEEN NEW GREENS will welcome a number of national players when they battle for the title of the 2016 RBC Golf Classic, next weekend.

This was confirmed by president of the Barbados Golf Association, Trevor Tasker, at a press conference to announce details of the event at the Barbados Golf Club on Thursday.

He said a number of national players are registered for the November 26-27 tournament which “represents a good strong core of the championship flight”.

The competition, now in its 12th year, is expected to have seven flights, which will include the 50 plus and super seniors as well as a crop of young golfers, who will again be challenging a number of the seniors. (RG)
