THE MOST OUTSTANDING Parish Ambassadors’ title has returned to St Joseph.

After almost five hours, the team of Brandon Beckles and Cadesha Rouse emerged as the winners in the Spirit of the Nation Show Saturday night at the new venue, Kensington Oval.

The parish previously won the title in 2012 and 2013.

Second place went to Christ Church’s Andrew Ashby and Simone Daniel, while Jason Moore and Nadira Marshall of St Peter were forced to settle for third.

Dario Rock and Melissa Sobers of St Lucy, last year’s winning parish, placed fourth.

St Joseph representatives also walked away with the titles of Best Formal Wear, Parish Project of the Year and Attendant of the Year.

Christ Church took the title of Best Costume, while Best Parish Project Presentation went to St Philip’s Shanesse Mottley and Tyrell Carter.

St Lucy’s Darryl Jordan Secondary School won the Spirit of the Nation award and the prize for the Most Impactful Act. (WILLCOMM)
